This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By placing an order with SOCKA, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and transparent as possible. All customers will receive tracking details on the day of dispatch so you can follow your order’s journey via the courier’s website.

Shipping Options

Available shipping methods and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order is placed, you may receive additional shipping updates where necessary.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates provided in good faith and may vary depending on external factors.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) (or BST during daylight saving periods) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping

SOCKA offers worldwide shipping. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations specific to your country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
  • Certain shipping methods may not be available for all products
  • Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for same-day or next-day delivery processing
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time

Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date. For customers in the UK and EU, this does not affect your statutory rights.
